de gros soucis avec I.E

bonsoir à tous
depuis quelques temps j'ai de gros problèmes avec internet.pages qui ne s'ouvrent pas,lenteur extreme,même ici j'ai eu du mal à me connecté....
j'ai effectué des nettoyages courants avec ccleaner spye etc...mais rien n'y fait.
en dernier recours je post un rapport d'hijackthis ,qui sait le problème est peut être sous mon nez!!!

* Clic sur Démarrer, Exécuter, tape : services.msc puis clic sur Ok.
Cherche dans la liste la ligne ci-dessous, double clic dessus et à Type de démarrage régle-la sur Désactivé puis clic sur Appliquer puis Ok.

- Spouleur d'impression (sauf si tu as ou utilise une imprimante)


* Ouvre HijackThis

Clic sur "open the misc tools section"
Clic sur "open uninstall manager"
Clic sur "Save list" dans la fenêtre qui va s'ouvrir copie et colle le contenu ici

Désinstalle ce programme :
- J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 (obsolète)
- CCleaner (on va le mettre à jour)

Je te conseille de désinstaller Google Toolbar si tu ne l'utilises pas, car elle est incrustée sur ton navigateur et donc l'alourdi.


Mets à jour Adobe Reader comme expliqué sur ce lien

Vérifie que ta version de Flash Player est à jour comme expliqué sur ce lien

Télécharge CCleaner sur ce lien et installe-le (le programme va se lancer seul) puis utilise-le comme d'habitude.

Clic sur Démarrer, Poste de travail, Disque Local C:, Program Files, cherche et supprime ces dossiers si présents : si un résiste utilise le mode sans échec, si tu sais pas faire dis-le moi on fera autrement.

Ouvre ce programme et utilise-le AusLogics Registry Defrag.


Dès que tu as fait ça redémarre ton ordinateur et dis-moi si c'est mieux

bon nouveau problème j'ai un programme qui c'est installé sur I.E "wibeez"
j'ai remis ma page d'accueil mais le virus est toujours là!!!
je vais craqué
