HELP TROJAN

Bonjour

Depuis qq temps, Antivir m'annonce le Trojan (TR/Vaklik.cnd Trojan) sur le fichier CALC. EXE.
Impossible de guérir ma pauvre calculatrice alors je l'ai sacrifiée !
Mais la lenteur est toujours présente et je suppose que tout ça est lié.

J'ai passé A², Malwarebytes Anti-malware

* Relance HijackThis, choisis "do a scan only" coche la case devant les lignes ci-dessous et clic en bas sur "fix checked"
- Ferme Internet Explorer avant de cliquer sur Fix checked
- S'il manque des lignes ce n'est pas grave

* Vas dans ajouter/supprimer des programmes et désinstalle :
Inutile de garder plusieurs programmes qui tente de faire la même chose, ça ne fait que ralentir ton système.

* Ouvre HijackThis

Clic sur "open the misc tools section"
Clic sur "open uninstall manager"
Clic sur "Save list" dans la fenêtre qui va s'ouvrir fais un copié du contenu de ce fichier et colle le ici

Retour à nos moutons.

Clic sur démarrer, panneau de configuration, ajouter/supprimer des programmes et désinstalle :

- Java(TM) 6 Update 7 (obsolète)
- JkDefrag 3.26 Fr (obsolète)
- Opera 9.60 (obsolète)
- VideoLAN VLC media player 0.8.6c (obsolète)
- Wise Registry Cleaner 3 Free 3.7 (obsolète)

On va mettre tout ça à jour.

Pour mettre à jour Opera, lorsque tu l'installes, choisis "Mise à jour" ainsi tu ne perdras pas la configuration actuelle d'Opera et t'évitera d'avoir plusieurs versions dans ton panneau de configuration.
Télécharge Opera, double clic dessus et choisis "mise à jour".

Tu peux télécharger la dernière version de VLC ici (lien direct depuis l'éditeur). JKDefrag ici et Wise Registry Cleaner ici (lien direct depuis l'éditeur).


Dès que tu as fait ça utilise deux fois de suite Wise Registry Cleaner, passe un coup de CCleaner (nettoyage) puis défragmente ton disque dur avec JKdefrag que tu viens de réinstaller ; ne pas oublier de ne pas utiliser l'ordinateur le temps de la défragmentation.

Dès que c'est fait, redémarre ton ordinateur.


Quelque chose me gêne sur ton ordinateur. Pourquoi as-tu des pilotes Nvidia et ATI ?!

Déjà, pour ce qui est de ATI ou NVIDIA, aucune idée du pourquoi...

Tout exécuté comme conseillé, redémarré et PC ralenti comme d'hab.
Chaque étape du chargement dure le double de tps par rapport à d'habitude.
Le boot sur A: est bizarre car il se fait en accéléré et répété 5 ou 6 fois. Et il remet ça encore une fois au cours du chargement.
Après pour Windows, ça à l'air d'aller.
Je me dis que qqch cloche au démarrage...

On va déjà vérifier la marque de ta carte graphique, je pense à Nvidia mais pour être sûr ..
Clic sur démarrer, exécuter, tape : dxdiag

Valide par ok. Laisse charger et en haut clic sur l'onglet Affichage et dis-moi le nom du constructeur indiqué.


Qu'entends-tu par le Boot sur A ?
Tu as eu des problèmes de virus dernièrement mis à part celui d'aujourd'hui ?
Depuis quand as-tu ce problème de lenteur ?

ATI pour le graphique.
NVIDIA pour le son.

Boot a: --> quand tu démarres le PC et que tu entends ton lecteur de disquette faire un joli bruit pour vérifier qu'il est bien vide ! Là il me fait une bonne de série de régurgitations 2 fois au cours du lancement vers Windows.

Pas eu de pb de virus à part ce canasson de Troyes (pas dans l'Aube mais en Grèce) sur la calculatrice !
Mais est-ce le vrai problème ? Je suis sceptique !

Si tu ne t'en sers pas, il devrait possible de la désactiver via le BIOS.

Lorsque tu démarres en mode sans échec le problème est-il le même ?
As-tu essayé d'utiliser la restauration du système pour revenir à une date antérieure ?

Le problème est visible AVANT la choix du F8 pour accéder au mode sans échec, dès l'allumage.

Je n'ai pas essayé une restauration du système à date antérieure --> jamais utilisé même !

Après un long scan Antivir, le même Trojan a été repéré à plusieurs endroits et ne pouvant réparer les ficheirs, j'ai mis en 40aine.
Depuis, tout est redevenu comme avant (vitesse de démarrage).

J'évite donc la restauration à date antérieure.

Que faire des fichiers cancérisés ? :gné2:

Si l'anti-virus ne peut pas les désinfecter, ils sont perdus.
Si c'est des fichiers système et si tu as ton CD Windows tu peux les récupéer via le CD ou en effectuant une réparation de Windows.


Pour la restauration du système et comme tu as été infecté, désactive-la puis réactive-la afin de supprimer tous les points infectés. Tout est indiqué sur le lien que je t'ai mis pour la façon de s'y prendre
