ordinateur portable qui bloque

bonjour
j'ai un problème avec l'ordinateur portable de mon fils car lorsque je l'allume PACKARD BELL s'affiche ,ainsi que APPRENDRE ,PARTAGER ,CREER, AIMER puis plus rien je n'ai pas de menu démarer ni rien d'aute d'afficher. Merçi d'avance a toute personne qui voudra bien m'aider!!!!!!!!

Il faudrait voir si l'ordinateur démarre en mode sans échec. Si malgré ça, l'ordinateur ne démarre toujours pas, il faudrait un CD de ton Windows pour le réparer

quand j'appuie sur f 5 il me demande se que je veut faire je clic alors sur mode sans echec ensuite sur microsoft windows xp s'affiche alors mode sans echec puis ensuite clic sur nom d'utilisateur.La phrase suivante s'affiche :windows fonctionne en mode sans echec ce mode de diagnostic special vous permet de resoudre etc..etc.. pour continuer a travailler en mode sans echec je clic sur oui.Et la gros problème mon ecran reste noir avec en haut marqué mode sans echec.Lorsque j'appuie sur ctrl alt sup je tombe sur le gestionnaire des tâches....en mode sans echec j'ai alors cliquez sur non a la place de oui cité plus haut et ainsi j'ai restaurer mon ordi a une date anterieur et sa a l'air de fonctionner.J'espère que se problème ne va pas se repeter qu'en pense tu ?
L'ordi me demande de mettre a jour java TM6 update 5 est ce necessaire ?

Oui tu peux autoriser la mise à jour de Java

Ouvre HijackThis

Clic sur "open the misc tools section"
Clic sur "open uninstall manager"
Clic sur "Save list" dans la fenêtre qui va s'ouvrir enregistre le fichier à un endroit ou tu le retrouvera facilement.

Ensuite, fais un copier du texte qui y aura dans ce fichier puis colles le ici stp

* Relance HijackThis, choisis "do a scan only" coche la case devant les lignes ci-dessous et clic en bas sur "fix checked"
- Ferme Internet Explorer avant de cliquer sur Fix checked
- S'il manque des lignes ce n'est pas grave

* Clic sur démarrer, panneau de configuration, ajouter/supprimer des programmes et désinstalle :

- Adobe Reader 6.0 - Français
- CCScore
- Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_05



* Clic sur "démarrer", "exécuter", tape: services.msc
Cherche dans la liste les lignes ci-dessous, tu fais un clic droit dessus choisis "propriétés" et régle les sur "désactivé"

- AOL Connectivity Service
- MySqlInventime



* Utilise CCleaner jusqu'à ce qu'il ne te trouve plus rien ; Erreur + nettoyage



* Tu peux retélécharger la dernière version d'Adobe Reader ici

* Suis ce qui est indiqué sur ce sujet et utilise le logiciel Auslogics Disk Defrag afin de défragmenter ton système. Suis ce qui est indiqué et ne pas aller sur internet le temps de la défragmentation

* Redémarre ton système dès que tu as fait tout ça

j'ai fait tout ce que tu ma dit de faire, j'ai aussi defragmenter avec Auslogtics Disk defrag, a la fin sa me dit : AVERTISSEMENT VOTRE PC N'est pas optimisé,telecharger Austologic Boot speed 4. Mais il n'est pas en français alors je ne vais rien y comprendre !!!!! Pense tu que se soit vraiment necessaire que je le telecharge???

Non, ne télécharge pas Austologic Boot speed 4 c'est juste un message publicitaire, n'y tient pas compte

Peux-tu maintenant suivre ce sujet, prends le deuxième logiciel car il est simple à l'emploi et dis-moi quand c'est fait

je viens de passer Ntregopt je supose que c'est bien de lui que tu me parlait !!!!!
Je suis aussi aller,dans les dossier cachés j'ai trouvé simantec shared ,je n'ai pas oser le suprimer,car je n'y connait rien !!!!!
En tout cas je suis contente car grasse a toi ,j'ose fouiller un peu dans mon ordi !!!!!!!!Moi qui suit archi nul en informatique........

Tu peux supprimer le dossier Symantec Shared sans problème. Ensuite clic sur Démarrer, Poste de travail, C:, Program files et à l'intérieur supprime ce dossier si présent : Symantec

Puis clic sur Démarrer, Poste de travail, C:, Program files, Fichiers communs, et supprime le dossier AOL


Concernant le pare-feu, je te conseille d'installer Kerio, car tu trouveras toute l'aide sur le forum et si besoin en est, tu pourras nous demander de l'aide. Comme tu aimes fouiller regarde ici tu trouveras tout ce dont tu as besoin.
