nettoyage demarrage vista

bonjour a tous
voila je viens de recuperer un pc ACER ASPIRE 5315 avec vista et j'aimerai avec votre aide faire un peu de menage car je trouve qu'il rame un peu au demarrage.
J' ai commencer par installer ccleaner pour degrossir cookies registre mais se n'est pas encore ca
Je pense qu'il y a trop de programme au demarrage mais je ne sais pas quoi desactivé car vista je ne connais pas beaucoup alors je ne voudrai pas faire de betise.
Si quelqu'un pourrai m'aider un peu se serai simpa

1. Fais un clic droit sur Hijackthis et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur. Clic sur Do a scan Only. Ensuite, coche les cases devant les lignes que je vais te citer ci-dessous et clic sur Fix checked.

2. Je te conseille de désinstaller ces programmes :
- Windows Live Toolbar (pas vraiment utile)
- SweetIM (saloperie)
- Kiwee Toolbar (saloperie)
- Yahoo! Toolbar (pas vraiment utile)


3. Clic sur le logo Démarrer, juste au dessus dans la barre de recherche tape : services.msc appuie sur la touche Entrée ou double clic sur le "services.msc" qui devrait apparaître. Ensuite, cherche les lignes ci-dessous, double clic dessus et à type de démarrage choisis "Désactiver" et clic sur Appliquer puis Ok.

5. Ensuite, je te conseille de télécharger et effectuer une analyse compléte de l'ordinateur avec a-squared, car l'ordinateur doit contenir des restes de programmes indésirables
