Bonsoir,

J'étais en train de surfer sur internet puis d'un coup, mon ordinateur c'est arrêter puis quelque seconde plus tard il c'est mis en marche, ce n'étais pas comme un redémarrage c'était plus long

Je pense que c'est une infection car depuis un moment mon ordinateur est lent

Fais ceci maintenant, on verra pour supprimer, mettre à jour tout ce qu'il ne l'est pas et enlever ce qui est inutile du démarrage ça réglera peut-être simplement ton problème, car là rien à signaler.

Clic sur "open the misc tools section"
Clic sur "open uninstall manager"
Clic sur "Save list" dans la fenêtre qui va s'ouvrir fais un copié du contenu de ce fichier et colle le ici

Clic sur démarrer, panneau de configuration, ajouter/supprimer des programmes et désinstalle :

- Adobe Acrobat and Reader 8.1.2 Security Update 1 (plus utile)
- Adobe Flash Player ActiveX (probablement pas à jour)
- Adobe Flash Player Plugin (probablement pas à jour)
- Adobe Reader 8.1.2 - Français (obsolète)
- Adobe Shockwave Player (probablement pas à jour)
- CCleaner (remove only) (probablement pas à jour)
- Dofus 1.24.0 (il existe une mise à jour, ouvre ce programme pour le mettre à jour ou télécharge la nouvelle version ci-dessous)
- Java(TM) 6 Update 3 (obsolète)
- Java(TM) 6 Update 5 (obsolète)
- Ma-Config.com plugin (plus utile)

Je te conseille de désinstaller au moins une barre d'outil, moins il y en a mieux c'est :

Dès que tu as fait tout ça. Utilse CCleaner et ses deux options Registre + Nettoyage jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus rien. Puis redémarre ton ordinateur.

j'ai une dernière question, j'ai encore comme pare-feu celui de windows, si j'installe Kerio je n'aurai pas de problème car on m'a dit que je n'ai pas assez de RAM pour avoir un pare-feu.De plus j'ai vue que tu avais dit que kerio n'est plus pris en charge par sa société sa veux dire qu'il est vulnérable(plus de mise à jour ? )

Kerio n'est plus pris en charge car la société a été rachetée par Sunbelt, maintenant si tu souhaites avoir la dernièrve version en date de Kerio il faut télécharger Sunbelt Personal Firewall qui est l'ancien Kerio mais qui lui, bénéficie toujours de mise à jour

Tu as largement assez pour installer un pare-feu .. même si j'ai un doute sur ta RAM, où as-tu vu 480 ? Car en général ça se présente plutôt comme ceci : , 64Mo, 128Mo, 256Mo, 512Mo, etc.

En allant dans les popriete de poste de travail que j'ai vue ma RAM

Autant pour moi j'avais un doute sur la quantité mais tu as raison
Tu as certainement une carte graphique intégrée qui utilise une partie de cette mémoire d'ou les 480Mo affiché mais en fait tu dois avoir 512Mo ; deux barettes de 256Mo ou une de 512Mo.


Mis à part ça, avec quel logiciel défragmentes-tu ?

C'est ok

N'hésite pas à faire un scan antivirus en ligne avec Kaspersky pour vérifier que ton ordinateur ne contient pas d'intrus, car là de mon côté je ne vois rien de suspect hormis ce que l'on a mis à jour.
