PC probablement infécté : rapport hijackthis pour vista

hello l'ordi portable Windows vista a probablement un virus, il rame, il s'éteint tout seul en signalant un problème sur le disque dur. Je n'y connais rien à Vista. J'ai tenté Anti Malwares bytes, mais il a bloqué.

Impossible de terminer un scan Asquarred , Windows coupe et affiche un écran tout en anglais qui signale qu'un problème a été déctecté et ensuite commence un tranfert de mémoire phyique vers le disque (suivant ce que j'ai pu traduire)

Rends toi sur Virustotal.
Dans le champs Choisir, copie et colle ceci : c:\RecInfo\RecInfo.exe
Clic sur Envoyer le fichier patiente et envoie nous le résultat.

Ok Merci je m'y colle (entre temps j'ai démarré A Squared en mode sans échec)

C'est normal que ça soit long pour l'envoi ?

Ca peut l'être : tout dépend de la taille du fichier et de l'encombrement du réseau .

Qu'indique la fenêtre de Virustotal ? SI rien ne se passe, recommence pour voir.


En attendant :

Ouvre HijackThis

Clic sur "open the misc tools section"
Clic sur "open uninstall manager"
Clic sur "Save list" dans la fenêtre qui va s'ouvrir fais un copié du contenu de ce fichier et colle le ici

Fenêtre Virus Total en arrière plan sombre et petit cadre par dessus en clair avec :


Envoi de Fichier
(avec en dessous la barre en mouvement d'envoi)

Ne fermez pas la fenêtre avant envoi complet.
Le temps nécessaire dépendra de la taille du fichier, de la charge du réseau et de la vitesse de votre connexion.

Clic sur "démarrer", Ordinateur, Disque Local C:, entre dans le dossier RecInfo cherche RecInfo.exe ou RecInfo fais un clic droit dessus et dis-moi le poids/taille qu'il fait.

Pour rec info j'ai trouvé mais à l'intérieur je n'ai pas rec info exe mais d'autres fichiers rec info . Les deux plus gros font 2 704 et 60 ko , les autres font entre 1 et 6 ko

Ok, supprime donc ce dossier RecInfo car ça semble être une saloperie. S'il résiste supprime-le en mode sans échec.

Vas dans ajouter/supprimer des programmes et désinstalle :
- J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 12


Mets à jour ton Vista, car il ne l'est pas.


* Désactive l'UAC avant de continuer avec ce qui est ci-dessous.


* Relance HijackThis, choisis "do a scan only" coche la case devant les lignes ci-dessous et clic en bas sur "fix checked"
- Ferme Internet Explorer avant de cliquer sur Fix checked
- S'il manque des lignes ce n'est pas grave
- Rien n'est supprimé
- un dossier backups va se créer tu pourras le jeter si tout va bien

Redémarre ton ordianteur dès que c'est fait.



Fais ce scan antivirus en ligne avec NOD32 et dis-nous s'il t'a détecté ou non des intrus. Si c'est le cas, donne nous un rapport ou note l'endroit où sont situés les bestioles.

Par contre j'ai fait only scan par hijackthis, Ok et spybot m'a demandé plein de modifs que j'ai autorisées. voilà. Oups !

Encore un problème il m'est impossible d'installer le scan antivirus NOD32 , après avoir installlé le contrôle activex ça bloque : error adminisatrator (quelque chose dans ce style)
j'ai vraiment besoin d'aide, je suis crévée !

Es-tu sûre que Norton Internet Security fonctionne correctement sur ton ordi ?
Est-il à jour ? Utilises-tu l'option de pare-feu qu'il propose ?


Ton erreur erreur 80072efd vient d'après Microsoft d'un problème de pare-feu, il est probablement mal configuré. SAis-tu le configurer, si tu as des doutes, envoi-nous des captures d'écran de la partie "firewall/pare-feu" de Norton.


Pour hijackthis et spybot c'est ok, c'est ce qu'il fallait faire
